We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 & 2018).

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: Firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service. This may include passing your details to our vendors for them to directly send you your order or, to delivery companies so that they can deliver your parcel. We will not pass your details onto any other 3rd parties for the purpose of marketing!

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us at any time (Contact details can be found on the Contact page on this website). If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

Credit or Debit Card Details
We use a third party payment gateway (Paypal). We will not store your card details on-line or in our offices. All such details are protected by PayPal's SSL/128 bit encryption.

Unsolicited Commercial Email / Spam
We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam) and any emails that are sent, will only be sent after receiving your express permission and will contain clear and simple Opt-Out instructions.

Images
We hold your images for a maximum of 90 days on our on-line storage which are protected by a secure storage provider with SSL/128 bit encryption. We do this in case of loss or damage during delivery.

Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) you have a number of rights you can exercise over your data. Your rights are:
The right to receive a copy of your data free of charge (know as a Subject Access Request);
The right to have data corrected if it is inaccurate;
The right to ask us to stop processing or object to processing under certain circumstances;
The right to ask us to erase data in certain circumstances;
The right to withdraw consent at any time when that is the legal basis for our processing.
